1.LOVE TO GIVE

This project is for protection and includes cases for DAMMA. Those cases are split down into 5 types, psychological, social, legal, inside cases, and health and relief as outside cases. The responsible for protection do fill in the paperwork given and after it scales the needs then giving it to the professional to work on it.

2.Global Fund for Womens

The Damma team works with the Global Women's Fund to empower the young generation through the activities of the grant, three training courses were held targeting the local community of women and girls, including (first aid - computer basics - and graphic design), each training course targeted a group of women and adolescents ranging in numbers between (18-20) in each group.

3.Women fighting covid-19

Damma worked in partnership with HBS Heinrich Bll, Middle East, in Beirut, on a project seeking to support the Womens Struggle Against Coronavirus, which aimed to build women's networks and activate their role in community work. Four feminist community teams works as community service providers in the refugee community in the country. Beqaa-Lebanon, the project targeted 40 women, who were trained to be trainers and providers of health advisory services and psychosocial support. The total beneficiaries of the project were 120 women.

4.Political education for women

Dammas team worked in partnership with Dawlaty on the political education project for women, which aims to build women's capacities and activate their roles in specific political and social courses in society, and to start from knowledge and awareness about women's roles and general political courses related to the Syrian issue and effective political participation For women in decision-making or advocacy to influence decision-makers,women were trained on issues related to political participation, advocacy and community mobilization, after which the participants planned local advocacy campaigns and one initiative was chosen in each session for four consecutive sessions and their implementation, number of beneficiaries Of these trainings.

5.Organizing women for justice

a. With the aim of strengthening the leadership of Syrian women and their resilience during the conflict and their ability to be effective in the transition process in the post-conflict phase of the Syrian conflict, and based on the need to work on national justice mechanisms based on the participation of Syrian women, Damma Organization, in partnership with the Dawlaty Foundation, launched a new training course For the year 2021, a continuation of the course that was launched in 2018 on the political participation of women and the development of the local community and women's groups or women-led groups on the mechanisms of political participation and advocacy of their causes and help them to participate actively in the Syrian society, with the aim of making an impact in their societies. 6.Gender-sensitive Social Justice

Damma Organization worked in partnership with Dawlaty and Wilpf WILPF on a gender-sensitive social justice project, and the team participated in coordinating the social sessions that were used in building policy papers related to sexual violence by force of arms in Syria and discriminatory laws against women in Syria.

7.Their Voices First

The Damma team worked to strengthen and build community capacities for families of missing persons by refining the skills, competencies and capabilities of people and communities in developing societies so that they could overcome the causes of violation of their rights, organize efforts and develop skills and capabilities to help groups who have been subjected to forced disappearance and demand disclosure. Their fate is through their families obtaining legal and social support to organize them as family ties and organize their goals that are in the form of advocating for their causes and delivering their voices to decision-makers.

8.Journey to Search for Missing Persons "Echoes of the law"

9.I am a refugee in Lebanon Initiative

The Damma Womens Program worked on the initiative I am a Syrian refugee in Lebanon, which sought to reduce tension between the refugee and host communities through a series of dialogue sessions that shed light on the difficulties faced by the Syrian refugee in Lebanon, as well as presenting different views of the host community that is churning the refugee and The extent of the economic and political difficulties that Lebanon suffers from, which negatively affect the refugee-host relationship. 10.Supporting Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment - Kabkouba Wa Hekaya Workshop

In response to the economic conditions experienced by the Syrian refugee women who provide their families from a lack of resources and an urgent need to intervene and provide assistance by supporting livelihoods, Damma's team launched an internal initiative funded by a team that multiplies to build women's professional capacities in manual work that increases their ability to Finding independent job opportunities and working on training them in the mechanisms of electronic marketing and analyzing the local market to market their products. The initiative developed through collecting in-kind donations (wool - cloth) in order to open a workshop (Kabkuba and Hikaya), which includes 10 women who provide for their families, and bereaved wives.
